Permits and City Inspections

Growing corporations need a contractor with vast experience and excellent relationships in the area to expedite permitting and keep a project on schedule. By working directly with the municipal plan reviewers, TRIDENT can reduce your project permitting time and expedite the project schedule.

Safety

The safety of the people working on our projects is our greatest responsibility. Because of this, TRIDENT implements daily JSA’s (job site analysis) to evaluate the list of tasks for the day and possible risk or hazards that could occur while performing the said task. With this TRIDENT has also implemented a OBSERVATION CARD program. This program assists in identifying potential hazards or risk and opens communication and awareness.

Quality Control

TRIDENT’s reputation is built on attention to detail and transparency. This means quality control for our projects starts way before the finishes are applied.

We fully integrate the quality management system for each project by maintaining a documented system consisting of quality control manuals. We detail our quality management system with each customer and every project must pass five levels of inspection – from the foreman all the way up to the owner. This allows us to provide you with the necessary records and documentation throughout the project

Project Closeout Documentation

Your Closeout Documentation from Trimbuilt will contain crucial information about your project, such as:

As-built drawings
Applicable warranty letters
Instructions
Operation & Maintenance Manuals (O&M Manuals)
Project directories
Governmental Approvals (including occupancy permits)

These items will be prepared, packaged, and delivered to you for future reference only after construction on your project has been completed in full compliance with our pre-construction agreement.
